| Day 1: Anchorage | Upon arrival in Anchorage, your tour Director will transfer you to your Anchorage hotel for a relaxing stay. | | Day 2: Anchorage to Talkeetna | There's no better view of the Alaskan scenery than from our glassed domed traincars on the Wilderness Express, as you travel to the quaint town of Talkeetna. Your afternoon is free for optional activities, including jet boating or Mt. McKinley flightseeing. Have a night cap in a comfortable chair by the fireplace before turning in at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. | | Day 3: Talkeetna to Anchorage to Alyeska | In the morning, you'll travel by deluxe motor coach to Anchorage, where you'll have time to enjoy lunch on your own at one of the city's many excellent restaurants. Then you'll continue your scenic trip past the picturesque Turnagain Arm, on your way to Alyeska, You'll spend the night in luxury at the Hotel Alyeska. | | Day 4: Alyeska to Seward | Your morning is free to enjoy the beautiful Hotel Alyeska and surrounding areas. You will also enjoy an inclusive tram ride 2, 300 feet above the top of Mt. Alyeska, where you'll gaze out over the mountain ranges and hanging glaciers. In the afternoon, you'll travel to Seward and have the evening free to enjoy an optional activity. Overnight in Seward. | | Day 5: Seward | In the morning before boarding your ship for your cruise, you will embark on a trip through Resurrection Bay. Be on the look out for seals, sea otters, and tufted puffins. |
