Day 1: Whittier to Kenai
Disembark in Whittier and travel by scenic motorcoach to the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge for a 2-night retreat. This evening, enjoy dinner in the Eagle Crest Restaurant. (B,D)
Day 2: Kenai
A full day in the beauty of the Kenai Peninsula awaits you. Perhaps you'll explore Kenai Fjords National Park, spend the afternoon river rafting or go fishing. Later, you'll return to your bungalow-style room with its wood-burning stove and sun porch for an evening of pure relaxation. (B,D)
Day 3: Kenai to Copper River
This morning, a spectacular motorcoach journey awaits. You'll travel along the Kenai Peninsula to Anchorage and onto Copper River. Our Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge welcomes you with incredible views of Mt. Drum, Mt. Wrangell and Mt. Blackburn. Dinner is included at the Two Rivers Restaurant. (B,D)
Day 4: Copper River
Enjoy a full day of leisure. Choose from many optional excursions that let you explore America's largest National Park - Wrangell-St. Elias. At day's end, enjoy dinner at the Two Rivers Restaurant. (B,D)
Day 5: Copper River to Denali
The Denali Highway takes you through unparalleled scenery as you head toward the fabled park. The Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge is your home for the next two nights. Dinner is included at the King Salmon Restaurant. (B,D)
Day 6: Denali
Start your morning with a quick stop at the Music of Denali Theatre for a hearty buffet breakfast. Explore Denali National Park on a Tundra Wilderness Tour, watching for glimpses of Denali as well as moose, caribou and Dall sheep. Enjoy the "Music of Denali" Dinner Theatre this evening. (B,L,D)
Day 7: Denali to Fairbanks
The morning is yours to enjoy at your leisure before continuing your rail journey to Fairbanks. This frontier-flavored city offers one of the best windows into Alaska's past, combining Gold Rush history with Native culture and modern amenities. Day 8: Fairbanks
This morning, take a Gold Dredge 8 Tour with the chance to pan for your own gold. Enjoy a hearty miner's lunch before taking a cruise on an authentic Sternwheeler Riverboat down the Chena River. The evening is at leisure in Fairbanks. (B,L,D)
