This itinerary starts AFTER the accompanying cruise itinerary.
Day 1: Seward / Talkeetna
Upon arrival in Seward, your Adventure Specialist will greet you at the pier. Start exploring right away at Seward's Alaska Sealife Center, dedicated to the preservation of sea wildlife. Then board a deluxe motorcoach and head north, stopping at Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center for an up-close look at indigenous wildlife. Arriving in Alaska's largest city, enjoy time on your own in downtown Anchorage. Grab lunch or explore before continuing to the authentic town of Talkeetna. Overnight at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
Day 2: Talkeetna / Denali
Spend your morning in Talkeetna, with free time to enjoy the scenery or explore optional activities, perhaps a jet boat tour or a Mount Denali flightseeing trip. Board the glass domed Wilderness Express railcar for an unforgettable journey to Denali National Park. Overnight in Denali Park Village.
Day 3: Denali
Join a trained naturalist for a full day exploring the entire 92-miles of restricted Denali Park Road by bus, to the remote former mining camp of Kantishna. Pass through dramatic Alaskan territory that few visitors to Denali ever get to see. Your naturalist-trained driver will tell you about the flora and fauna of Denali National Park while you keep a sharp eye out for moose, bears, sheep and a possible glimpse of the tallest mountain in North America Mt. Denali. Afterwards, enjoy free time at Kantishna taking advantage of opportunities for hiking, biking, dog mushing demos, or just relax and enjoy the serene setting. Return trip from Kantishna will be by air. Enjoy a 55-minute scenic fly-by, which follows the spine of the magnificent Alaska Range, traverses the expansive Muldrow Glacier and passes the stunning north face of Mt. Denali. Overnight in Denali. *Return flight to Denali Park entrance is subject to weather conditions. If your flight must be cancelled, alternate transportation will be provided. Please note flow plans on this cruise tour are not wheelchair accessible.

Day 5: Anchorage
Depart Anchorage aboard a small plane for a scenic two-to-three hour flightseeing ride to Katmai National Park to take part in one of the most sought after National Park experiences. Accessible only by air, Katmai National Park is home to the largest population of Alaska brown bears and is world famous for Alaska brown bear viewing . This full day adventure lets you watch Alaska brown bears in their natural habitat, along Brooks River, where elevated boardwalks offer close, unobstructed and extraordinary views.
