This itinerary starts BEFORE the accompanying cruise itinerary.
Day 1: Vancouver to Whistler
Upon arrival in Vancouver, you will be transferred to the Vancouver harbor terminal for your float plane flight to Whistler. Your flight will take you over the Blackcomb Mountains and the Garibaldi Provincial Park. Upon arrival in Whistler, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Day 2: Whistler
After breakfast at your Chateau, plan your day at leisure. Whistler and Blackcomb reign as king and queen among Canada's mountain peaks and create the perfect background for endless activities! This all-season resort is a playground for golf enthusiasts and anyone with a passion for the outdoors. For the golfer, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club awaits. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and opened in 1993, the par 72, 18-hole course offers a golf opportunity unmatched in the region. By allowing nature to dictate the path without constraints of commercial influence, the course traverses creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas fir and granite rock faces that testify to the fact that this magnificent course follows closely the natural state of the rugged terrain. For the non-golfer, indulge in your favorite water sports - kayaking, wakeboarding, windsurfing, jet boating, white water rafting, swimming, fishing and canoeing. The hotel's concierge can also arrange paragliding, heli-biking, heli-fishing, heli-sightseeing, gliding and zip-lining. Evenings offer a selection of intimate candlelit dinners, cozy fireside lounges and lively nightclubs. Overnight at the Fairmont Chateau, Whistler.
Day 3: Whistler to Vancouver
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your last morning at leisure. In the early afternoon, you will transfer to the rail station to board the Whistler Mountaineer. From your seat in the dome you will be able to view the beautiful scenery as your train follows Howe Sound down to Vancouver. Afternoon tea will be served enroute. Upon arrival in Vancouver, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at your leisure. Overnight at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Vancouver.
Day 4: Vancouver
After breakfast at your hotel, spend your morning at leisure. In the early afternoon, embark your cruise ship adjacent to the hotel.
