Add an extra day to the Denali and The Alaskan Northern Frontier for a flight across the Arctic Circle to the Inupiat Eskimo village of Barrow. Meet the local people and enjoy a cultural program featuring ceremonial song and dance, traditional games and a demonstration of local crafts. Then, walk the shores of the Arctic Ocean near the northernmost point of North America.

| Day 1: Fairbanks | Upon your arrival in Fairbanks, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at Pikes Waterfront Lodge, Fairbanks. | | Day 2: Fairbanks to Barrow to Fairbanks | After a very early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the Fairbanks airport for your flight on an Alaska Airlines jet from Fairbanks to Barrow. Upon arrival in Barrow, you will be met by a local Barrow Sightseeing Guide who will show you the sights and customs of this Eskimo (Inupiat) community. You will also have the opportunity to dip your feet into the Arctic Ocean at the northern most point in North America. You will have free time in Barrow for lunch on own before your tour continues. Return in the evening on an Alaska Airlines jet from Barrow back to Fairbanks. Your Regent Tour Director will meet you at the airport and transfer you back to the hotel where you will begin your Denali and The Alaskan Northern Frontier program. |
