This itinerary starts BEFORE the accompanying cruise itinerary.

Your scenic Alaskan experience begins in Anchorage. Upon arrival, you'll transfer to your hotel in Anchorage and meet your Adventure Specialist. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.

In the morning board the Wilderness Express, a glass-domed traincar, to travel to stunning Denali. Enjoy spectacular views along the way and savor a delicious breakfast and lunch on board (additional fees apply). Upon arrival in Denali, you'll have the remainder of the afternoon and evening to explore the city as you desire. Take a scenic stroll or book an optional activity, such as the Husky Homestead Tour or Denali Helicopter flightseeing before retiring to your accommodations.

Your morning is filled with incredible views as you embark on the Denali Natural History Tour*, a guided experience in Denali National Park. Discover beautiful taiga forests and rolling tundra while searching for Alaska's famed wildlife. In the afternoon, you'll board your deluxe motorcoach for a scenic drive to one of the most picturesque spots in all of Alaska: Talkeetna. The evening is free for you to enjoy this quaint town before retiring to your accommodations at the Talkeetna hotel. *For an additional charge, an upgrade to the Tundra Wilderness Tour is available through your Adventure Specialist.

Enjoy a scenic morning drive to the cosmopolitan city of Anchorage, where you'll have time to enjoy lunch on your own at one of the city's excellent restaurants. Continue past the picturesque Turnagain Arm to Girdwood, where you'll enjoy free time to explore Alyeska on your own before soaking in magnificent views while soaring 2,300 feet above the valley on the Alyeska Tramway. Later, you'll head to the Hotel Alyeska for a peaceful overnight stay.

The adventure continues with a scenic morning ride south to the historic town of Seward with a stop along the way at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, where you'll get a taste of Alaska's famed wildlife up close as you view creatures indigenous to the area in their natural habitat. On arrival in Seaward visit the Alaska Sealife Center, dedicated to understanding and preserving the environment of sea wildlife, before boarding the Radiance of the Seas to begin your cruise adventure.
